Fees
Notary fees in New Jersey are set by state law. I charge the standard state rates, current as of 2026.
Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, and proof of a deed.
Real estate transfer: notarizing the seller's (grantor's) signatures, regardless of how many signatures.
Real estate financing: notarizing the borrower's (mortgagor's) signatures, regardless of how many signatures.
Every appointment is different. Travel, timing, and any additional services are discussed with you personally, so I can tailor my service to your needs.

Notary fees in New Jersey are set by state law: $2.50 per notarial act (acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, and proof of a deed), a $15 flat fee for notarizing the seller's signatures in a real estate transfer, and a $25 flat fee for notarizing the borrower's signatures in real estate financing. Because I come to you, travel, timing, and any additional services are discussed with you personally when you call, text, or email.
Yes. I provide mobile notary services at private homes, businesses and corporate offices, hospitals and medical facilities, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, assisted living and senior communities, attorney offices, real estate and title offices, financial institutions, and other mutually agreed-upon locations.
I serve Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Salem counties in New Jersey. Appointments are available by arrangement.
Each signer needs a current, valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Please don't sign your documents ahead of time; you'll sign in my presence. Every signer should be present, and some documents may require additional witnesses, so let me know what you're signing when we schedule.
Yes. I notarize powers of attorney, last wills and testaments, living wills, trust and estate documents, advance healthcare directives, and many other personal and legal documents. As a notary, I can't give legal advice or prepare documents, so please have your documents ready or work with your attorney.
Yes. I am a National Notary Association (NNA) Certified Signing Agent and handle purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and seller and buyer closing packages.
